Mod problem

I have been playing with mods for quite a while, game time it has been around 20 hours. Today i got a few new mods, then when i got in, the settlement building structure, power, and furniture catagories were gone. I disabled all mods and returned to that game save. Still gone. Do i have to remove thise mods and return to a game save with no mods present?

There is a "menu restore" mod that will fix it. I forget exactly what it's called.

Is that Xbox? It sounds like the same one I hit caused by turning off Snap 'N Build without deactivating it in the in-game menu first. There's instructions on the mod page on how to fix it.
