They really bleeped out "pants"?

LOL how annoying was that!

reply

I wasn't really paying attention the but I figured she said pussy. Lol since it was bleeped out and all

reply

I think it was the guy who said it. That was the first time I ever heard a beep in a movie. They usually just silence the bad word. That was just weird.

reply

no matter what the word was, this is a lifetime movie, intended to be shown on tv.

what is the point of having that type of language in a movie if they have to tailor it for tv???

Reading the paper can really be depressing. Mr. Dithers fired Dagwood again.

reply

Maybe Lifetime plans to release it overseas? BTW, how do you know "pants" was the bleeped word?

reply

Yeah I didn't understand that especially when it was a lifetime movie aired on lifetime

reply

I watched it last night and Heathers ex boyfriend said something like "its been over a month since ive been in your pants". Nothing was beeped out.

reply

True. Mine wasn't bleeped out either.

reply

its not because of the word, its the context of what the bf was saying. still, i thought it was stupid as fcuck lol

reply

Most times when language is censored in a lifetime movie it's because Lifetime did not create the movie...but bought the rights to it. So they go in and edit it in a way so it can be shown on tv...Most times when they have scenes with language censored it's because they could not cut the scene without keeping the integrity of the movie.
