Don't get me wrong, I liked the movie, but I thought she was gone all summer. At the party, Conner said she wouldn't be back until the end of the month and yet she was already late on the first day of school.

She was away for one month. So it sounds like she got pregnant right before she left and one week late from her period. Makes sense

Meaning that the night that he got raped by Heather, could have been the same night that Amanda got pregnant too, from Connor's stealthy sperm donation from before she left to begin with. Or could be that when she returned, they boinked and then a few days later, her period was supposed to start but it didn't.
