Song question about the band in the movie.

At 34 minutes into the movie Stephen Dorff's character goes to party that has a brass band playing trombones, tuba and saxophone. You only hear them for ten seconds but they sound dynamite! Who is it and what is the song? It's not listed in the end music credits. Thanks so much for any help.
