Ugh.

What a terribly done movie. It had some potential but that was terrible. That sequence with all of the cats went on waaaaay too long.

And having to explain to my four year old what happened to Ainsley the dog was not fun

It is a pity that they found it necessary to kill Ainsley off. The cats reminded me of the villainous Siamese pair of cats in the Disney classic, 'The Lady And The Tramp.'

I agree. Pretty much a dismal film. way too dark and nasty for children.OP is right: the "cat attack" scene went on forever and ever... I was watching at home with 5-year-old and I should have turned it off as soon as the nasty cats appeared. I got so bored with the misery that I picked up my cell phone to find a diversion.

I guess they couldn't be creative and think of interesting activities for Crusoe to do to make life easier on the island, apart from building that precarious treehouse. Many opportunities missed to make the film fun, informative and interesting.

this film should be called "10 Vicious Cats", that would be realistic. A very nasty piece of work. Good animation; lousy film.

3/10

Oh, so you're that rude person that is talking on your cell phone during a movie. Great parenting. Who would take your advice anyway?
