The quality of these Batman animated films has really been slipping. This one was kind of dumb.

Gotham PD is just going to accept Solomon Grundy as Chief just because Joker and Co. have taken over the city? Not damn likely.

They're going to tell them to get bent, and go old school. Even if that means doing the job with sharpened sticks and clubs. If someone more powerful than you takes over, you wage an guerilla insurgency and fight them with a million little pinpricks if you have no other way. No police force is going to abandon their city.

I was thinking the same thing. The plot was sub par, and plain stupid . The animation abd art style are excellent . 10 points for the virtual batman t-rex ?

What happened to Gotham? It's all futuristic. Flying police cars, laser weapons....

The police said early on that everything they use is useless (biometric guns, cars don't work etc) so they pretty much couldn't do anything
