Why does Thomas Kuc get top billing

He gets top billing here, and he is the 5th most important character to the show. You could argue Ruthless and Bunny are as important as he is.

Is this a joke? Ruthless and Bunny are recurring guest stars, who are not in 60 % of episodes, while Thomas is a lead character (same as Double G and other kids) who is in all episodes.
