Why aren't more people talking about this???

Brilliant! I stumbled across this little gem and I'm surprised not to see more people talking about it. It looks like we wont get this in the US which is a damn shame. I don't understand why so many Americans just don't seem to get it. I love it when a show doesn't take itself too seriously but at the same time creates memorable characters and a story that is just fun! The writing and acting isn't going to win any awards but somehow it all just works perfectly.

Reminds me a lot of the first time I watched Misfits and the TRUE version of Shameless. Coming from my American viewpoint, UK television has a unique way of creating down to earth characters that people can really relate to and they just have fun with it.

This would never fly on US networks, at least not in this raw form. Sure, we put out some incredible series but not like this. There's always that bit of "PC" that leaks into our shows which is why the our remakes can never hold a candle to their original UK counterparts. I'm sure there's been a ton of other dry UK comedy/sci-fi series I haven't had a chance to stumble across and would love some recommendations from you guys across the pond.

I got hooked on Tripped in the first 60 seconds and am eagerly awaiting episode 4. I hope it's able to keep up this pace and I can't wait to see where this roller coaster ride ends up!

yeah! just watched first two eps last night and am really liking it. I'm finding eps online, so thank Eris for that! but, otherwise, I doubt this will show up in the States ever. maybe late at night on some cable channel after a couple years? lol!

is there only 4 episodes total? or are more coming? while I hope it doesn't drag into 5+ seasons, I'd still like to see a good half dozen more!
