The maid, Anna, who is engaged to Dieter is a spy for MI19.

Charlotte Riley is a Russian spy trying to snare Dieter for the Russians.

Angela Bassett may be working for the CIA, or equivalent at the time.

Cam's brother is going mad and will try to kill Dieter but end up killing his daughter by mistake.

Alfred Molina was present at the meeting in 1938 where the Wehrmacht's offer was rejected. He wants to atone for his mistake and take the others present at the meeting down with him.

Well I was sort of half right about that.

Looks like Callum, and not Victor, is going to go batshít crazy in the final episode! Callum to kill Dieter and his daughter .. and that MI19 creep.

And atone he did! I always had the feeling that it was Callum who was more likely to try to do something crazy. Victor looked more fragile, but in fact he saved Callum from himself in the end. I thought it was a very satisfying ending, and in general, I feel that this series was better than a lot of people thought it was.
