Strange things about Will. Spoilers

Will told Paul that they had lived with his brother. Later, Will tells Paul that he was an only child, Paul questions him about this and Will corrects himself and says that it was Kim's brother, so really it was his brother in law and that they had grown up together. This was a complete lie. When Kim had the private conversation with Travis she asks how old he is and he says he is seventeen. Kim then tells Travis that was how old she was when she met Will. Will couldn't have grown up with his brother in law if he met Kim when she was 17. There was something funny about about the way he started to beat the shooter on the dirt road, it was as if Will was trying to silence the adult man before he could say anything or reveal anything about Will. I believe Will had already burgled the shooter man and his younger son. Will and Kim were 15 miles from Paul's house and ten miles from Paul's house when they got shot at, so they were only 5 miles from where Will was for a week. Will would have found the shooter adult and son before he ever got to Paul's house. Will had a gun that no one knew about. Too many inconsistencies.

I think the point of those little inconsistencies is to put you in the shoes of the characters. They do a great job of walking the tightrope of is Will full of shit? Its very realistic in the sense that you are questioning everything about each other and a small detail can rattle our conscious and bring on fear of mistrust.

I knew there was some kind of twist going on. I don't think Wil was infected when he broke into their house, but he probably knew Andrew was ill. Their whole story is confusing. We only had Travis's persepective to draw from and his is very unreliable.

Andrew could not have been sick because Paul mentioned that Grandad had only shown signs off being ill 24 hours before.

"There was something funny about about the way he started to beat the shooter on the dirt road, it was as if Will was trying to silence the adult man before he could say anything or reveal anything about Will. "

That doesn't work because Will told Paul not to shoot the guy and reproached him for doing so afterwards saying: "We could have gotten information from him!" How does that square with your theory?

Yes. An excellent analysis!
