sounds like Cop Out with a dog instead of a baseball card

The cast looks half decent: Thomas Middleditch, Kal Penn, John Goodman, Ralph Garman... but then there's Tyga (really?), it's written by the Cop Out writers which was an atrociously written movie, and the IMDB tag is: "An L.A. detective seeks out the ruthless gang that stole his dog." That sounds lazy, greedy and lazy even. Cop Out was a guy in New York looking for a baseball card stolen by a gang. This is the same thing, except it's in L.A. and it's a dog?

Not to mention Willis is sleep-acting his way through life right now, no idea why studios keep throwing money at him. The reports of being difficult to work with on Cop Out, the tepid Red 2 press interviews, asking for way too much money on Expendables 3 for a few days of work, and the fact the only movie he's looked decent in for the past decade was Looper. Look at someone like Bill Murray in comparison, he's doing things right with his movie choices, and is still putting in an effort.

Cop Out was a very well written movie, you just didn't get to see it cause Bruce Willis is a Dick. The movie was actually a Blacklist script before it went into production. What happened was Willis refused to shoot scenes which forced them re-write whole other scenes so the plot would make sense but in doing so just made the movie an unfunny disjointed mess.

Yeah it does sound the same my take on it is this. They didn't like Cop Out and during the set of Cop Out they were the ones that had an ok relationship with Willis so I'm assuming they thought Kevin was actually the one that *beep* the movie not Willis. So they basically re-wrote the movie but the "good" version with all the stuff that was hacked out of the first one put back in.

Now they are on set with Willis and he is treating this gig just like he did Cop Out and I will be shocked if this movie isn't a complete mess. Atleast they will hae an out to blame him for being the useless/overpaid piece of *beep* he is
