shareThat's probably a generous estimate. At least 7 of those 11 are Frank himself. The other 4 are probably Frank, too, but he deserves at least SOME benefit of the doubt.
shareNot sure why he is thanking fans worldwide when the movie only played at 1 film festival in NY, one theater in Vaughan, one in Whitby and one in St. Catherines. Does anyone believe that 8,000 people even saw the move let alone gave it a 9 rating?
shareFrank believes it, but only because his Frank D'Angelo persona lives apart from the other 8,000 douchebag personalities he pretends to be on IMDB.
Honestly, though, the longer he keeps cranking out these atrocious vanity shows, the more tempted I am to actual see one of these things in a theater. It must be perversely fascinating to be one of about 10 people who actually get to see his masterpieces with the great gabagool himself in attendance. Surely it's like rubbernecking a car accident. What would be really amusing would be to round up enough like-minded people to actually SELL OUT a screening and then have everyone heckle the show from beginning to end. Clearly that doesn't happen, so Frank keeps on making more of them.
