Not Bad...

I really can't stand this run of Tom and Jerry movies where they're wedged into an otherwise disconnected environment but this one works on so many levels. The real key here is that they were put in the middle of another Hanna-Barbera toon with a totally different tone than the one fans are used to. I even enjoy the animation which looks like the animators went out of their way to make close to authentic to the older cartoons as possible.

I kind of hope they'll go this route for further Tom and Jerry "movies" where instead of fairy tale stuff, they'll merge with other Hanna-Barbera cartoons for an adventure.

When theres no more room in Hollywood, remakes shall walk the Earth.
