How Much to Resurrect a Show Like this?

Out of curiosity if someone were to bring this show back what kind of cost would be involved? If someone were to back the show enough to make it attractive for AMC or whatever any idea what the ball park would be?

A former 'coworker' was one of the producers for Thank You For Smoking because he dug the project.

I personally think this could be a top shelf show, not sure why it was dropped tough seems weird.
