shareBorder agents don't go all Seal Team 6 while on patrol. Law enforcement might during interdiction missions near the border area, but border patrol are uniformed law enforcement, not soldiers.
(Although some do have an affinity for the tacti-cool uniforms worn by urban cops.)
Did anyone else notice they were armed with only sidearms? I'd much prefer an AR15 stowed in the rear just in case they run across any cartel couriers, etc.
Such a weapon isn't necessary when dealing with immigrants crossing the border (well, the time I checked), but a cartel personnel carrier bristling with Kalishnikovs might warrant something more effective than a Glock or Berretta.
BTW, anyone else scratching their heads after the ending? Kinda ambiguous for such a great film?
