SUSPICIOUS reviews - but Which do we believe??

I tend to think that the early reviews are written by a core of people trying to garner chatter about this film - it seems that even 6.5 star rating (at the time I write this) might be lofty for this film? Here's what I saw as I read posted "reviews."
Many of the glowing "reviews" talk about military and end credits
Most of the perfect reviews are written around 6/15-6/16.
The ones reviewing Range 15 have signed up because they chomped at the bit to glow about it
All of the perfect reviews are the ONLY reviews written by the members
All the other reviewers have written reviews for other films

I think that IMDB shouldn't be used as a platform to post fake reviews for profit-seeking. It's all simple blatant lies rather than what this site is intended for - giving people a trusted site where we can expect honest feedback on show titles.

Actually, most of the 10 star reviews were from people like me, former Army infantry types that bought our tickets via Tugg to go see a movie which finally had our sense of humor and which honored our rockstars of warfare. The after credits scene was a 15 minute long making of which aired only in theaters, so it's clear you missed out on that.

That you think we were paid I find insulting, just because you did not get 90? of the jokes doesn't make them less funny, you just aren't privileged enough to be in on them. You haven't "fully embraced the suck".

You are right, it's one of those movies that get positive reviews and 10/10 votes only by frauds .

The guys who made the 'film' are very active on social media, that's how they garnered support and got people to post fake reviews and votes .

Subtlety and integrity are not required in those circles, hence the brazen fakes .

My mate & I just watched the film & found it hilariously bad taste & loved it. Gave it 10, it has similar humour & editing to pool boy (with the director of this acting in that too) & we loved that too. I'm really surprised this kind of humour seems to be a bit love it or hate it. & We have no military connections & from the UK.

I actually like this movie. It's stupid funny to me and and the fact that our vets can actually be a part of the movie and make jokes about their real life experiences
In war says a lot

The movie ROCKS. Plus Mindy Robinson. They obviously had fun making this, and the fun is contagious. Is it low-brow, low-class, scatological? Hell, yeah! Is it 5 times funnier than the limp, pandering “humor” created by 95 percent of the posters on MC, who generate “wit” suited for Reader’s Digest and Boy’s Life magazines? Hell, yeah!
