The twist is that during the entire time we're lead to believe these people have gone crazy from their loneliness and lack of food or potable water during the post-apocalyptical world and we find out that no, this world they inhabit is very similar to our own, in other words there is no end of the world, it's present time, some people are already living and behaving like this, where they're deprived of food, because of their economical situation.

For me there is no structured story at all. No hidden message. I think the director had an initial vision, some basic ideas he wanted to explore. And then he directed several scenes as long as he had other ideas with absolutely no continuity to the story.

Is there any explanation about the whereabout of the crazy dude? None.
Do we know what is his drug or where does it come from? No.
Do we know why his room is forbidden since there is nothing there except his drug? No.
Do we know how or why he died? No.
How he ressucitated? Even less... lol
The place is a *beep* but there is unlimited of adhesive tapes and cardboards. How is that? No idea...
By the way, where and why the food is coming from???
Where are the guests in the party coming from? No idea.
And so on...

The only explanation I see, if there is any, everything except the last scene is a dream. The man we see leaving the building at the end was completely stoned and had a dream where he imagined him as a crazy dude perverting a brother and sister, who probably represented his repressed love toward his own sister and other *beep* like this (which is doesn't make sense since he looks gay)... lol
