A few questions...

I just watched it again after it originally came out and now I have a few questions:

Why did they write the apology in Korean? Why not use English? I'm fairly sure the Koreans would have understood that also as many speak (and read of course) English.
They wouldn't have had to go to a Korean person who could become suspicious as they established themselves right after.

Why would Seoul not be evacuated by that time. Especially after it was established the Robot would be extremely hostile. It seems, despite the alarms, the Koreans would just generally go their daily routine, although they know the Robot will surely attack (especially after the brutal neighborhood attack). It looks like they're acting as if they've never guessed the Robot could attack.

About her being in Seoul. If she's in Seoul and she becomes the monster in the US and steps onto the playground (as she does since we can see the destroyed playground after her throwing Oscar), wouldn't that also attack Seoul on an even bigger scale (she literally has a bigger footprint now)?
