How many of you guys wondered the same thing? Hmmm.... maybe she gives birth to Cam's son?

That would've been a more interesting ending than the little blonde girl

Don't worry, when that kid comes out lily white, Dylan is going to LOVE that kid because now he can write a book about raising a serial killer's kid.

Yep. It goes with the storyline of evil never stops, but is reincarnated. Sarah pregnant with cam's baby and the psycho little girl moving into the home
