It's shame because I was very excited when I heard about this as I loved the VHS segment.
But I just watched a minute long clip on youtube and.....it looks like poorly acted trash.
And the music sounds like generic horror film music that you hear in so many other films.
Not to mention it isn't found footage, which is what made the original so creepy.
What a waste.
