Is Robin going away?

The practice on the other Chicago shows seems to be to find some controversy, change the character behavior, and exit the characters shortly thereafter. (Chicago Fire with Steve McQueen and the Chili girl are examples) Nothing against the actress, but Robin is not being written as a very likable character and she is not advancing the story arc much. Hoping the character goes away.

They've had a lot of characters on the Chicago shows who don't stay for very long, wonder why. Jimmy and Chili on Fire, Kenny on PD, also Burgess had partners who only lasted a couple of episodes, the Asian lady who was harassed by a superior and the screw-up guy who quit. The guy who killed himself on Med, and the surgeon who died in Season 1. Justice is a pretty good show.

Robin seems like she's having some kind of bipolar episode... it wouldn't make sense for Dr. Charles' daughter to have a mental problem only for her to be sent off the series. If anything, it might set up a multi episode story arc. Chicago Med's focus on the exploration of psychiatric issues is one of the things that sets it apart from other medical dramas. I could be wrong, but it's unlikely they'd do another suicide storyline so soon after the other one... and it's unlikely she'd end up institutionalized so I don't know where the exit would come from.

I'd rather see more scenes about Robin than watch Reese hook up with April's brother. The show needs to write some better male characters.

April's brother has always been unlikable. I don't really want to see him with Reese, and would hope they ship him out for residency at another hospital.

well she was just committed so i'm sure they will continue with this story line about her losing her mind.

Frankly, I like Robin and am glad to see the character returned. I'm a bit tired of the crazy girl episodes, and I'm not sure she's going to be a permanent cast member when they end. I think the drama here is will those episodes end well for her or badly.
