Anyone else notice that the little sister's left eye blinks slower than her right?

Maybe the actress has the same physical condition that Daniel Radcliffe has. This symptom was apparent in the Harry Pitter films as his portrayal of David Copperfield for BBC before he began appearing in the HP films.
