Movie or TV show/web series?

I saw the trailer and it called the reboot a "full length feature". Which, to me, means a film/movie. Yet I keep seeing people talking about the reboot (not the original from the 70's) being a TV or web series.

Anyone know for sure? Or is the reboot 'movie' a "TV movie" that will kick start a series?

You're always playing Yellow Car.--Arthur

This movie is the pilot of a possible movie series that will be available online as legendary media gets into original distribution

Like the Netflix digital series Daredevil except on a service no one has heard of

Season says there's 8 individual episodes.

But it looks like it's getting condensed and released as a 78 minute movie.

Apparently, my son was on something called 'Acid' and was shooting a bow and arrow into a crowd.

It's available to watch now on full screen in eight "episodes" ranging from 8-11 minutes long. The movie is gonna be released on June 7th and I'm unsure if it will just be the "episodes" mashed together or if it's be edited in a more appropriate way for a feature length.

After watching the "movie" on DVD, I found this IMDb listing for the "TV mini-series." "Webisodes" would be a better classification because a TV mini-series is typically a collection of 90- to 120-minute shows.

The description of the eight episodes is a plot synopsis for the DVD movie. The episodes were stitched together well enough that I was unaware I was watching individual, stand-alone episodes.
