Im not sure what to think about this show.

I do intend to watch it beyond the first 5 episodes I've binge-watched, but I hear its been cancelled. I can sorta see why. Assuming it carries on like its been so far, I think the show is oddly convoluted. They drop you right into the middle of a dense situation and you have to learn about everything on the fly.

There's not enough interest to pull off that type of story and keep the majority interested. The concept is cool, but there's much better ways this could've been written. I do hope it gets better.

Don’t bother. I watched both seasons waiting and waiting, but it turned out to be a complete dud. You’ll wanna kill yourself for allowing yourself to keep going. Now excuse me while I finish tying up this noose I’m working on

The show is superbly acted and scripted. It is not intended for the majority. Yes, you sink or you swim. Welcome to Life.

Should I partake

Partake. But pay close attention while watching.

No deal

Yeah, I really liked the show, the original plot and especially the actors/acting. I was bummed when they ended the show after two seasons. I thought it had a lot going for it with the unique story line, the drama and the characters.

Yes, Ron, but we got 2 seasons out of it, and not a truly “empty” conclusion. FYI, you can stream the full series on Amazon Prime.

Agreed, the show conclusion was logical and followed the story line. I do have Amazon Prime so I may want to watch again. Thanks for that info.

I keep watching it mainly because Simmons is so good. The other actors are interchangeable. No matter how closely I pay attention, the writers seem determined to confuse me or deprive me of information necessary to know what the hell is happening. I suppose they think that makes it edgy or something, but it's really just half-assed. Somebody on here said "welcome to real life". Well, it isn't real life, it's a tv show.

Update: I've now finished Season 2, and I've reassessed my original opinion. Everyone in the series is superb, and it's really absorbing. It takes quite a bit of focus to keep on top of the plot and what's going on, and I still have questions, but it's worth it. Turning on subtitles might help, but I like to avoid that, if possible. I still think the makers of this series could have been a bit less "half-assed" about providing necessary information or recording dialog clearly.
