By Crom, it's the EXACT same plot. I guess the people behind this one decided to rip-off the first issue of the Punisher: Circle of Blood miniseries from the mid-80's too. If only Dolph played the hero in this one... that would've been one hell of a twist and turned this into some kind of sequel of his Punisher movie. I guess someone was too short-sighted here to appreciate that. Oh well. Crap is crap, I guess.
