The ending is heartbreaking (SPOILER)

The fact that she is stuck with the horrible boy who put her in that situation to begin with.........she now has to be a slave for his family. Ulises is so delusional to think that he rescued her.

So disgusting and it pains me to know that there are so many boys and girls who have grown up in these types of situations. Until recently, I assumed that all missing children were dead. Now it's becoming clear that many of them were sold into sex trafficking/slavery, or they are being held in peoples homes, like the Ariel Castro horror or Jaycee Dugard. Many of them grow up so ashamed of what's happened to them and detached, that they cannot connect with their families when they grow up. I watched some documentary currently on Netflix on a missing boy by the name of Gosch. He went missing over 30 years ago. His mother said he came to her as an adult in the 90s and told her that he was involved in illegal things and could not stay with her. I'm wondering if he was forced to do the same thing as an adult, taking kids for trafficking. It's just devastating to think about.
