Why Shaalu Gupta died?
Shallu Gupta wnated to visit her boyfriend home but finally arrived there only on her death.Why is this?

shareActually it's not left ambiguous. On the ghaat just before Deepak sees dead body of Shalu among so many other dead bodies, somebody mentions that a family was traveling in a bus to pilgrimage and the bus overturned into Ganga river and the whole family died. Hopefully you noticed that Shalu was on her way to pilgrimage with her family when she last talked to Deepak over phone, which explains how she died. It was quite easy to miss this though!

share@ vasim_saiyed , I just watched this movie, what you said is absolutely right and it explains "how" Shaalu died.. but not "why" :-) why did the author decide to kill that character in the movie... that I don't know...
