Anyone know the significance of why Devi changes clothes in the beginning. What does wearing a Sari signify? Thank you!
shareI think the idea was to fool the hotel staff into thinking that the couple were married. Also, maybe the guy might have gifted her the sari so she couldn't wear it near her neighborhood without attracting to much attention to herself.
