They should have black-only comics consisting of only black characters and sold only to black people, just like they have black-only dorms and black-only proms (the obvious irony and hypocrisy, of course, is that if white people had white-only dorms & white-only proms it would provoke utter moral outrage and anyone involved would be branded racist, and rightly so).

To be fair Miles' whole story is Peter Parker dying and Miles taking over. I can't imagine Marvel/Sony killing off Peter in the MCU and replacing him with Miles. Frankly I would rather Miles is introduced without that happening.

Which demonstrates that as you may WORK with them you don't quite know anything about the very individuals that you work with, this very large fishbowl that we all live in and that very peculiar institute that makes up the Western mass media conglomerate.

In the "X" number of years that you have, ahem, worked with a lot of black folks in SC how much of the cartoon fare has been consumed by them that was truly diverse and that they have been given access to?

The "Black Folks" you know will pick a white quarterback over Cam, a white basketball owner over MJ, Batman over Black Panther, American Bandstand over Soul Train, Chuck Norton over Shaft (Chuck may get the edge in that one), but now that we sit here and ruminate over this subject...

Just how many so called "Black" cartoons have actually ever existed? Who made them? Everybody has been spoon-fed a steady diet of mostly cartoons, drawn, voiced, inked, representing white and white society.

Besides a Michael Bay movie didn't the Teenage Ninja Turtles act mostly like "White" kids? When made to be more street or urban or, dare I say, Ethnically Black (whatever that is) didn't their popularity start to wane?

Yeah, that whole canard of "I know lots of Black Folks" provides a whole new set of statistics which includes the always reliable, "Some of my best friends are Black" data sets.

Kids prefer mostly Good cartoons and Good cartoon characters that they are exposed to.

Most Black folk will pick Marvel's Black Panther over Burrough's Tarzan 99 times out of 100. Your own personal cartoon tastes may vary.

Black kids like Asian Cartoons the best the why the New Day in WWE Exist and why it's always black kids i see in the pokemon aisle. Also im in a group chap with some black guys and all they talk about is Anime and Batman the animated series. None are talking about Fat Albert or Waynehead or how Batman would be better if he were black
