CIA spies with their inconspicuous meetings

I love it how in movies like these the spies like the CIA woman have these supposedly "incospicuous" meetings where two people meet and do not say a word to each other, do not look at each other, clearly pass something to each other and then part ways. Because that is not suspicious at all...AT ALL.

So was it just money, or the phone too? I think I remember her takign the sim card before destroying the phone.
