Who's the internet troll? The mystery investor?

Who do you think is the internet troll writing all Gemma's terrible GP reviews? At first I thought it was Carly's boyfriend, but after watching Ep.4 I don't think so. The mistress? The husband? Carly? Ros? Neil?

What about the mystery investor to Simon's project? I think it was "Whitestone" or something. Who is behind that, and why? For some reason I keep thinking it's the mistress' parents but I have no real reason as to why I think that. I'm not even sure what they would get from such a deal. Thoughts?

I assumed it was that black woman, the partner in the practice.

Ros isn't black as in African. She's presumably Indian, perhaps Pakistani.Small point, I know but racial identity isn't just about colour.

I think Kate, the mistress, is the Internet troll, maybe with the help of her younger brother. Although I also wonder if it could be Neil's wife taking revenge for their fling.

At first I also thought Kate's parents were the mystery investor, but could Kate have a trust fund and be the investor? Might also explain why Simon keeps going back to her.

That said, I've guessed wrong about everything else, so I'm sure I'll be proven wrong again.
