Oh, really? There a character based on Father Pfleger? Sweet! I got a book about him, with his cool hell-raising activist self. When that clip of him calling out Hilary Clinton during the 2008 election was made a big deal out of, I laughed my a** off when I saw it (because what he said was true) plus some white folks didn't like him because he was cool with Obama's former pastor, Rev. Wright. then found out about more about uuhim and his work. Plus it's cool that Cusack's in a Spike Lee joint, anyway. Having grown up on Lee's films,I was looking forward to seeing it anyway,and that little tidbit just makes it sound more interesting to want to see.

As for the OP, you need to quit trolling. You don't ever jack about the lack of black characters in main roles in about 80% of Hollywood so don't even try to go there---because you don't have a leg to stand on when it comes to that subject.

Kind of funny what a fool the OP made himself out to be since the only prominent white guy in the trailer, Cusack, is arguably the most positive character in the movie.

Oh please, reality is reality, most movies being mostly about white people isn't any more whitewashing than this movie being mostly about black people is "blackwashing".
Or than that most movies in bollywood are about indians is "indianwashing".
Or than that most movies in Asia are "asianwashing".

Western culture is white culture, you might not like it, but it's the truth.
And there is nothing wrong with white people making movies about white people, anymore than there is something wrong with black people making movies about black people.
THAT is equality, that is anti-racism.
