Giant photo for big reveal
How much do you think they spend on that?

I've often wondered. That's a HUGE poster (of the pre-remodel) they use every week.
I thought maybe the show pays for that rolled out poster, and not Joanna & Chip themselves.

From what I've seen, I think they've been doing that since before the show, it appears to be something that's an integral part of the way they do their business, since they are in the remodeling of the real estate they sell. Their business is obviously successful, they do more work than we see on tv, so it's a drop in the bucket for any successful real estate business to do that kind of extra work. They may even have a relationship with a local business that does the blown up photos at a discount since Magnolia is a repeat volume customer.
shareI was going to have some custom vinyl commercial wall covering made and the company also does photo murals and from what I could see on their site a very large photo mural would probably cost $400.00-$500.00.
