Oh Boy a new season coming

This season has actually been better and more entertaining than last season. Chip went way over the top last season with the antics. It didn't really bother me too much, because I think he's funny and charming, but I get why others would be annoyed. Plus last season was very formulaic and did not stray much from the established structure the show had fallen into.

This season feels different. Chip is still funny but he's toned it down some, and the shows are not following a set formula. I'm enjoying much more. Hopefully they will continue this into the next season.

....and that houseboat was not a fixer upper. It was demolished down to the floating platform. Not a wall or window was saved.
