"Wrongs?"

He has a "wrong"? Is the word "strike" copywritten by Family Feud? So the phrase "3 wrongs and you're out" is supposed to sound better than "3 strikes and you're out?"

reply

I thought the phrase they used was "three wrongs and you're gone".

And it seemed like the host kept reminding him of it too! I would have gotten that the first time, but he seemed to say it at least 5 times. The actual phrase I think is three wrongs and you're gone. Was it me, or did the constant sound annoyed when he had to say it repeatedly?

There is WAY too much host banter for such a long game. It makes it practically impossible to EVER get to even 200 questions because it takes several episodes to get to even 50 or 100. That makes the show's premise flat and boring because it's TOO high to believably ever be reached. What made Who Wants To Be A Millionaire successful was that you could get to 1 million dollars in 15 questions. It was possible. On this show, it's just not possible. The very fact that we know this guy isn't the only player makes it obvious that nobody is going to get that high. And the host bladdering insults doesn't help matters.

100 questions would've been a more interesting goal, IMO. It's reachable and would make for more suspense.

They're trying way too hard for this to become the next catch phrase.

Way too easy for these geniuses to lose their "wrongs". Bring back "1 Vs. 100"!
