He finally gets into the position where he can win money and then never actually gets to play and may never get that chance, something I'm sure was relayed to all of them when they applied but it still stinks for him.

shareI almost forgot about the last champion from last season. He definitely got screwed then. I wonder what happened there. Maybe they threw him some money. They wanted to bring out Ken Jennings for a big splash. Personally that fell completely flat.

On the Jeopardy message board called "JBoard", there was an extensive discussion of Ken Jennings's appearance on "500 Questions". Some people believe that Jennings muscled out the "500 Questions" champion from last season.
