Afterbirth/Deadpool

I almost felt like this movie was A more polished version of the movie afterbirth that literally just came out. Did anyone else get a feeling that the "your fear and pain thru torture, will help the transformation process" .. It's almost exactly how the Weapon-X program works in the Marvel world..
