'This' and 'that' in Mandarin are pronounced 'giga' and 'niga' respectively.

It's unfortunate. With the tepid box office it's experiencing domestically, it needs every possible market possible if it"s to even come close to breaking even.

That's rather a hilariously unfortunate reason for its ban. Poor Pooh bear will be missing out on that China box office.
