Aged Like Milk: Pretty sure the Duffer Brothers are the new Myrick and Sánchez

Season 3 WAS SHIT!

The new trailer seems so Hollywood...throw $20 million or 30 million or 100 million and hope it sticks.

Season 1 was brilliant because it was simple, raw and real. Who knew the 80's could be cool again?

Then...

Season 2 was dark but got balloon poked BECAUSE of the first 5 minutes.

Season 3 was cheesy and intended to be a Part III (Superman, Rambo, Jaws, etc...) full of beige and bland visuals in a series of part III's.

So much comedy goes with all the the bad jokes.

This new season looks like a pile of $200 million dollar shit. Which is probably what Netflix spent to save itself.

They were the once hottest duo in Hollywood:

They created one of the most profitable hits in Hollywood history and went absolutely nowhere after "The Blair Witch Project".

I don't like the massive scale either, but the real travesty is the character writing lately.
