I hear that NetFlix hasn't even gotten started on it. The middle school kids are probably going to be 20 years old before it gets rolling. If they want to keep the 80s nostalgia thing going they better move fast or Stranger Things 4 is going to be set in the Grunge era.

We all know how much it stunk when the 1930s based Pulp Adventure of the Indiana Jones series aged into a 1950s setting. A 1980s Spielberg-movie tribute isn't going to merge well into the somber early 1990s.

Of course there will be a season 4, and probably a season 5. They're supposed to start filming season 4 in October.

So the kids will be in high school, big deal. Or maybe they meet up at college.
