I knew that this had to be some type of parody when I saw the commercial for this movie on the Lifetime Channel.
They warned that "This is the LAST showing of A DEADLY ADOPTION. Then they pan over to show Will Ferrell say "Diabetic ketoacidosis" 3 times over and over! Almost like an SNL Sketch.
It was a great movie to watch while I was staying home sick from work for sure. They hit every Lifetime Movie point--->Nice Family with A member with an addiction, miscarriage, adoption and murder! Thanks Lifetime for not taking yourself too seriously!!
