Not sure if people know him from other roles but when I saw him here I could only think of the Bastard of Bolton. He even has the same haircut!
Not sure if he will turn into an evil sadistic villain in this series but I can't see him as anything else. He just did too good a job in Game of Thrones.
PS: He has this really nice winning smile... but now you expect him to turn into a monster any second lol.
I think it depends on where you see any actor first.
My first 'experience' with Rheon was on Misfits where he plays a lovely person who's story arc is freaking awesome so the "Bastard of Bolton" showed, without a doubt, that this guy is good at his craft.
I had the same experience with Gary Oldman. The first time I noticed him was in Criminal Law where he plays a good cop so his reputation for only playing bad guys was always a bit lost on me.
If Residue continues maybe Rheon will surprise you - he certainly surprised me as Ramsey Bolton.
