Interesting: "I Don't Want to Be Needed ... I Want to be Desired"

Looking at the trailer this may be an interesting movie because unrequited is a fairly ignored topic in Hollywood, perhaps because in real life it is neither glamorous, compelling or ends well usually.

It looks like one of the lead females in this film says "I Don't Want to Be Needed ... I Want to be Desired"

What a puzzling statement as by her looks alone, she could get a compelling man desiring her, one for every day of the year with 10 on the waiting list. She seems like she is also intelligent, has character and charm, so really there would be 100 on the waiting list for all 365 days.

It would be interesting to see how this scene actually plays out. Does she want desire but only from that one perfect man, that surpasses all her expectations? Or is it that she can't find desire, when she practically swims in it?
