DO NOT listen to the FOB trolls here

This movie was actually surprisingly good despite the low rating on IMDB which is caused by Indian trolls that want this movie to fail. Leave politics out of movies. We get it, you hate Pakistan, but please, I oblige you guys to make better use of your time by going outside and getting an education.

I agree with you up to a point. I've always enjoyed his films. Except the last one, where he basically had semi nude young boys parading around throughout the whole film - considering that Karan is gay himself, along with the girls. I just thought it was a very immature college flick. Was bored immensely.

This film was a genius from every aspect. The film was a study of unrequited love and the things people do in the purusit of that said love being fulfilled. Sometimes, you just don't get a happy ending.

The acting was top-notch. Ranbir is a capable actor. Not the best...but passable. Anushka & Aishwarya were both perfect. SRK was a great surprise. The music was on point. The songs. Great ending.

I find it sad that the rating on this film is so low because of political pressures. I'm glad I live in an area of the world, where I can appreciate good filmmaking without the conflicts those two countries have for one another. Had this film come out months before, there would have been a different reaction to this film.

This, in my opinion, is Karan's best film ever. Intelligent. Mature. Hopefully he'll continue down this road. This would have made Yash Chopra-ji very proud.

Completely agree, it's a great movie, has a mature storyline but would be a disappointment for all those looking for a typical KJo romcom. Goes to show that while Indians have learned how to make great movies...Indians have still not learned to how to appreciate great movies.
