Patrick declared his love, Dom has success with his chicken window & is opening his heart again, Agustin is happily married and also has stability at work.
Those are all forms of closure.
And really, it was somewhat about closure, but the ending is really about a moment in time, when you're happy and content. With the person you love, with your best friends, in a city you enjoy, after a (day and) night on which you've shared really meaningful, positive moments with people you care about deeply. It's not closure, because it's just a moment in time. But what a moment!
