Story

I take it that this takes place in Muslim-controlled Spain, given that the "storybook" from the beginning was written in an Arabic script.
The backstory itself is outlined in the first few minutes, which made me laugh (oh, it's over...).
Girl is going to rule the kingdom, evil sorceress tries to take over, girl magically freezes the rest of her family in a painting, sorceress zaps girl (to become queen), and amulet saves her, trapping her inside for 41 years, she comes back, banishes the sorceress and becomes queen. You know, usual stuff...
