Spoilers- When did you figure out who the bad guy was?

Soon as Jim asked her if her name was really Gale, I knew she was Max(ine) Devlin. Otherwise, she would have told him what her name was.

I was surprised that Jim was one of the bad guys, though. I like movies that surprise me.

I didn't get it. Maybe I'm slow bit I thought it was the main character all along. I was still waiting for them to explain how he appeared the day before (in the intro when he got killed)
