Collar numbers often consisted of a letter and a number so it seems with her uniform they were going with O.12 as her collar number. and not 0.12.
Reversing the letter and the number then gives 12.O.
if they were all meant to be numbers then the reverse would be 21.0.

That's why I found it odd, because the ORDER of the numbers seemed flipped, rather than mirrored as one would expect for symmetry. But now I see what they were actually going for, and it makes sense--I guess they could have made the 'O' a bit more clear/obvious, though, since there was some confusion with viewers like myself unfamiliar with collar numbers. (Don't think I would have even come up with where or how to begin searching out the answer.) Thanks for the info!
