did anyone find it funny that the big body builder guy's first priority was to tear off jennifer's clothes and try to rape her? never mind about treating himself from the knife to the jugular wound.
Cole might have been jumped up on drugs like Steroids or PCP. He seemed a bit--for lack of a better word--too eager to rape her. Jennifer might have also missed hitting a vital artery.
Regardless, it made it easier for Jennifer to practically walk away from his death. After all, you don't try to rape the person who tried to kill you or refuse to obey orders from officers with guns who will shoot you if you approach them. His actions are all that a good lawyer needs to sell Jennifer's side of the story. That and the fact that nothing Jennifer said to Bolton contradicts anything, nor what McDylan and his partner witnessed.
