I thought that the acting was above par, both kids were excellent. The storyline was better than a lot of movies out there. Not sure why people are hating it so much.

yeah i really enjoyed the flick. Thought i was the only person.

People hate on it because a lot of people who spend time on the internet like to hate on things. Period.

But yeah, it was pretty good. Not something I'd seek out to watch a second time but the performances were good and I like snowy, survival-esque stories.

it was good - deserves a higher rating for a Canadian independent movie.

I wonder if MovieChat will get a watchlist of some sort. Right now when I see something I've never heard of before in the Trending bar I have to write it down on a list.

I agree, pretty good (not great, but pretty good). I gave it a 7 out of 10. Good acting and believable kids. Father was excellent and I was getting annoyed with his behavior even before the car crash.
